PTFE. Greaseless seal will not contaminate sample. Outstanding chemical resistance at operating temperatures from -200 to +260 °C. Thin walled sleeves (0.05 mm thick) fit snugly without adding bulk. Joints fit perfectly, without a protruding rim, simplifying use of joint clips. Wide range of applications, including vacuum to 0.1 mbar, e.g. for rotary evaporators.
